The 240V power sockets wired to the Inverter are showing Reverse Polarity when tested. I then swapped over the the L & N wires, but still indicates Reverse Polarity. How do I remove this?

Hi Myronb.
Do you have the Phoenix 12/800 inverter grounded ?
Also, it depends in which country you are using it and from where you are coming from (In my case living in Spain but coming from Switzerland) we are used in Switzerland to have the L on the right hole of the socket, and in Spain, it is in the left hole... In home setup, the ground is connected to the N, so I can use a differential circuit breaker, for my own safefy.
AC don't have a polarity.
But I think what you are looking for is in the manual appendix A.
