New iPhone 12 Max Pro not paring with my Victron Smart devices. Latest VictronConnect 5.35 app being used. Getting weird screen never seen before. It’s not the default PIN code. All devices are showing this type of screen.

Anyone having a Bluetooth pairing issue with new iPhone 12 Max Pro with Apple iOS 14-14.3 for Smart devices?
Apple has changed the message shown in the pairing dialog but it works as previously. Just fill in the PIN code. Default PIN code will only work if you've never changed it. If you don't remember the PIN code is is possible to reset it to default:
Reset pin using PUK code .. pin reset to 000000 .. iphone paired fine with the BMV .. now have to get PUK codes off the two controllers .. no an easy access ..
I can’t get my new iphone 12 pro to pair with my smartshunt. No problem pairingmy old iPhone 7. When new iphone12 pro issues the pairing request message above, I tried entering the default pin code of 000000, which I have never changed. I also saw the note about entering the PUK code but this is an alphanumeric but the iphone seems to only want numbers, not numbers and letters. How do I fix this?????
I'm having the same problem with my friend's iPhone 12 and Smart Solar MPPT 100/50 (part of an installation I did for her last summer). It had worked until a firmware update this summer, and still works fine on my Galaxy S9+. It seems to want me to type in the PUK code, but the available keyboard won't allow characters, just numerals. Her phone still woks fine with the BMV-712 Battery Monitor on her system. Hope somebody can help!
Attached is a photo of her screen. The keypad shows characters but I cannot find a way to access them.
I am having the same problem when I had to change my I-Phone from 11 to a 12. My battery charger shows up in the Victron App but never shows in the Bluetooth listing on my Iphone. It worked fine on the 11 but never shows up in Bluetooth device list on 12. I used 000000 that I never changed but I get same issue your stating. Victron Energy needs to address this IPhone 12 issue for their customers.
Where is Victron Energy people and why are they not addressing this IPhone 12 Bluetooth issue with their product? Poor customer service when trying to address problems with their products! Apple 14.7 does not show Victron product in Bluetooth listing on phone.
