Hi. 12/3000/120-16 multiplus Temp Battery alarm

Whenever I have connected the laptop a Temperature sensor alarm is showing on the screen in victron connect the wire is connected to batteries alarm warning shows whatever time is when victron connect has been logged in IE this was 18:29 in the evening any ideas what could be causing this ?dc134690-9dc5-4f27-8ae7-e0bb709dfb54.jpeg
