The center button not working
If it a new one sometimes you need to press it to break a small moulding plastic bit. Found that on one I installed about a year ago.
Are you able to press it in?
Thank you for your feedback. I have had the system since August 2020 and the center button was working fine until this past Saturday. No clue what the issue is. I more than likely will need to obtain another Color Control unit.
Your unit is still new, you should be able to claim under warranty for a replacement unit. Get in contact with your supplier
