There's VenusOS you can install on a Pi so you get the full Victron GX stuff. (https://github.com/victronenergy/venus/wiki/raspberrypi-install-venus-image).
Depending how much you want to play you could also pipe the data into InfluxDB and then use Grafana to display. (I'm planning on this, but I use my Pi for more "home" automation stuff).
Depending on what you want to do you can just see the data in text format directly on the serial port, see the ve.direct protocol for details.

If it is possible, I don' t want to use the data as text, i will like to see the graphics, the curves and the statistics on the raspi as on a windows pc ;-)
