Hi folks,
I have a MPPT Smartsolar 100/20 connected to a Smart Battery Sense (3m bluetooth, vs 10m one). They are about 18" away from each other, signal strong it seems.
However, the Battery Temperature only shows up occasionally in the VictronConnect app. It pops up for 3-5 seconds with the accurate temperature, then goes away. This is also reflected in the Trends -> Battery Temperature.
I am expecting this shows the temp all the time. Is this right? Do I have a faulty unit? Is there any troubleshooting to perform/firmware on the Smart Battery Sense itself?
