Victron MPPT 75/15 not charging

Hello

I have a Victron MPPT 75/15, the solar is connected and I am getting 18wats to the terminals at the MPPT, however the lights on the front of the unit are showing that its not charging (Flashing blue, then holding blue for 3 seconds, then flashing all lights). When I go into Victron app the watts go up and down, however when I connect directly to the unit with my tester the terminal from the solar show a constant 18wats any help would be great.

Unfortunately I am not able to add the pics I have as they are in the wrong format

I think you mean V (voltage) not W (wattage/power).

What is the the battery voltage at that time? The MPPT needs a PV voltage that is 5V higher than the battery voltage to start charging.

Also check the fuses (there is a fuse directly at the MPPT next to the connection terminals.
