CCGX VRM Log interval - cant change from 15mins to 24hrs

Hi Victron Team

DPA has sold an EasySolar to an offgrid installer who has set it up with a lead bank at a remote site and set up VRM via an industrial type modem (no other internet at site) and they have put a sim card in the modem. To reduce data use, they have set the log interval to once per day, however they are getting a report from their sim account that its updating every 15 minutes and sim report is showing approx 5meg/day.

They have checked repeatedly at site and via VRM to ensure log interval is set to daily (and moved it back to 15 mins, then back to daily) with no success. Ive been on VRM and can see that data is being updated to graphs every 15 mins so can confirm the issue.

Do you have any suggestions to change log interval to daily? We can share the site Sugarloaf with you if required

Hi DPA, make sure the ccgx in the easysolar is running the latest firmware, and if the problem persists then I think its better handled by following the official support procedure on our website; rather than here on community.
