Is there an increased risk of galvanic corrosion using 12/200 bms unit for alternator current limiter on boats

Im planning installation of 2 x bms12/200 units on a catameran using them as alternator current limiting devices for lithium battery house system. When installed as per drawing whilst at rest bonding of negative circuit is interupted as no common connection. Whilst berthed and connected to shore power chargers im concerned engines and props have possibility to have different potential from items connected to domestic system. 0v is not common. concerns of galvanic corrosion. System as design is common negative throughout. Does this change present posibility of advanced effects with both AC and DC systems?
