Unable to download XLS file from VRM

Hi, I am unbale to download the xls file from VRM. Once activated, I do get a e-mail with the link. When opening the link, VRM portal is opened, but never a window that prompts for saving the xls file.

I am running chrome, did try in Firefox. Same thing.

I just tried it here myself using Safari on a Mac and it worked.

After clicking the link, and it opening VRM, it did take some time on that page before the download started - 30 seconds for a 7 day / 25 MB file.
