My Colorcontrol changed setting options in the ESS system somewhere around 12-09-2020 . Also inverter power was set back to 1000 Watt. Was this possible because of an update ? Can this be done without informing the customer ?

Version 2.60 was released at 07.09.2020.

The default setting is to search and install updates automatically, but it can be set to "search only" or disabled.
It is possible that some settings are changed after an update.
Thank you very much for your answer. I will look into the settings and talk it over with the dealer from my boat whpo installed the colorcontrol.
