I have recently purchased a new boat from Aqualine in Poland. I'm in the UK. They have been helping with some issues I've had with various settings on the Venus GX.
They have not been able to help with VRM access though, they were the original installers, I am the 1st owner and only owner, they have not been able to authorise access, they have been unable to find the automated email from Victron granting/allowing me access to my system.
I can't get access to my Venus GX product on VRM until installers grant access, however they have tried and cannot help further. How can I get access to my Venus GX product on VRM?
