Purchased the 12/12-18 isolated and it does not appear to be charging properly. SOC does not go up after hours of driving and it immediately goes into absorption charge and then float with battery soc not going up at all. Anyone experience this? I have a 100ah super cycle agm and set it to agm gel 2 preset. It shows input and output voltage of 14.2v on both sides. Engine shut off and charge shutoff are set well below this in the 13v range as not to drain the auto battery.
Seems like it's charging but my shunt shows zero power going into it. I also have a victron blue smart IP67 which i use for charging on shore power through the same shunt and it takes soc up to 100% no issue. So I believe the wiring through the shunt is correct.
