Controller State Off

Hello, I have a 330w LG Solar panel connected to a Victron 100/30 controller which in turn is connected to 2 110ah Banner batteries. The controller app has been, for 4 weeks now, showing the state to be off. I have discovered my leisure batteries are on their last legs. Could this be why? If not any ideas why it is not turning on? I am not techie in any way so simple terms would really be appreciated. Many Thanks

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

At this screenshot you have no PV voltage. Please make another one tomorrow with sunshine.

And also one of the history and one of the battery settings.
