Had a Easysolar II GX working great for 6 weeks then one afternoon the MPPT stops working, heard that the emc filter board might have packed up
The Easysolar II GX does not seem to be a popular model, could the reason be a reliability issue

It is also a fairy new item on the market so will take time to gain popularity. Reliability is a hard thing to judge as many installer and user errors contribute to system malfunctions and lack of reliability.
Victron have an awesome back up service however, so I can honestly say with a good supplier and user relationship no problem that arises will be painful to deal with. If your system has an issue contact your supplier and work from there.
