blue smart charger not turning on

hi guys, my blue smart charger IP65 12/10 is not turning on after I connect it to the power and battery. Any help? thanks

Hi,

No LED lights on the charger coming on or flashing?

I assume you have tried some other device on same AC socket and this is working. ;o)

The charger has no user changeable fuse, I recommend to return it to the seller for further checking and RMA.
