Victron Galvanic Isolator ABYC compliant

Good afternoon,

Does anyone know if these units are ABYC A-28 compliant fail-safe design? I see the question was asked a few months back, but no direct answer to the question.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

I asked the question but never received an answer. It may be or may not be a compliant design but it is not ABYC compliant as manufactured. ABYC standard A-28.8.1.7 requires it to be marked "Fail-Safe per ABYC A-28" (among other marking requirements) and it is not marked as such.
