Hello!
We faced a problem at the station where Victron equipment is installed and compatible with them in the following volume:
1. Victron Quattro 48/15000/200 - 6 pcs.
2. Victron SmartSolar MPPT VE.Can 250/100 - 8 pcs.
3. Victron Cerbo GX + GX Touch 50
4. BMZ ESS 9.0 - 3 pcs.
5. Fronius Symo 10.0-3-M - 1 pc.
The station was configured using ESS with the following parameters:

ESS (Energy Storage System) (size:1822)
*) System uses LiFePo4 with other type BMS
(This can be either a BMS connected via CAN bus or a BMS system in which the
batteries are protected from high/low cell voltages by external equipment.)
*) The battery capacity of the system is 470 Ah.
*) Sustain voltage 50.00 V.
*) Cut off voltage for a discharge current of:
0.005 C= 52.00 V
0.25 C= 50.00 V
0.7 C= 49.20 V
2 C= 48.00 V
*) Inverting is allowed again when voltage rises 1.20 V above cut-off(0).
*) The solar converter will start reducing its output power at 50.20 Hz.
Output power will be reduced to minimum when the frequency is 52.70 Hz.
The converter will disconnect when the frequency is higher than 53.00 Hz.
*) Total installed PV inverter power is 10000 Watts.
Total installed PV panel power is 12480 Watts.
*) Relevant VEConfigure settings:
- Battery capacity 470 Ah.
- PowerAssist unchecked
- Lithium batteries checked
- Dynamic current limiter unchecked
- Storage mode unchecked
generator start and stop (size:194)
*) Use secondary programmable relay K1 to start generator.
*) Close relay to start generator.
*) Start generator when the state of charge is lower than 25 %.
*) Stop generator when state of charge is higher than 95 %.
*) The generator is stopped when AC1 is available.
The station has been in operation from 08/18/2020 until today, no comments on the equipment were observed. On 25.08.2020 at 21:26, the network disappeared at the facility and the supply of consumers switched to storage batteries, whose capacity at the time of shutdown was 50% and at 21:44 reached 25% at which the generator was scheduled to start automatically. The generator finished working at 10:07 am on 08/26/2020, but the essence of the problem was that during its operation and the presence of the sun, only Fronius was in operation, and SmartSolar MPPT activity was not applied even after the network was restored. They were only launched manually upon arrival at the site. After several reboots of the GX Touch 50, they crashed again and the SmartSolar MPPTs were inactive when the sun was active. At the moment, the station is working with the initial settings.
During the robots of the station, the following errors were generated:
1.CAN-bus BMS battery Warning high voltage 59.93-61.42
2. SmartSolar MPPT VE.Can 250/100 rev2 # 28 The problem of the charging stage of the device
We ask you to consider the appeal and identify the problem as soon as possible. If this is due to an overestimated battery voltage, then to what level should it be underestimated if all settings were set according to https://www.victronenergy.com/live/battery_compatibility:bmz_ess.
Thank you in advance for your help!
