Is EM24 Meter supplied with USB-RS485 Adaptor?

Does anyone know if the EM24 Meter (Victron part number REL200100000) is supplied with a USB-RS485 Adaptor?

No it is not supplied with the meter.
It is available separately: https://www.victronenergy.com/accessories/rs485%20to%20usb%20interface
