Connect app BMV settings issue

You can only change the BMV midpoint alarm settings in increments of 1% in the connect app, when it supports 0.1 increments via the panel.

Smartshunts can be configured on the app in 0.1 increments.

This is a bit of an oversight and makes tuning a problem.
