i have recently Needed to change the tablet my Venus GX data was displaying on. I went into the app and changed the WiFi it was attached to. Since then I have lost all. It No longer shows in the device list, only my solar as that’s on Bluetooth.
I can’t even see the WiFi In my iPad drop down list although I did once. I’ve unplugged and tried all things to no avail.
i don’t have vrm access I’m waiting for authorisation from installer.
can anyone help I feel lost without all my tank levels, let alone all my other data.
