Multiplus GX2 cannot connect to VRM

I have installed a new Multiplus GX2 and connected to Internet via LAN

All Points of the Manual fullfilled - but no Connection to VRM Portal .

What can do else ?

I found - if I plug a usb storage stick on the usb socket the connectionto vrm is ok.

Problem: I need this socket for the USB-485 Kabel to the E-meter .

How can I mange this ?
