I bought in France a quattro 48/8000 / 110-100 / 100 I installed it in my house in Panama and in reality it is in 230V while here the electricity is in 120 V Do you know a solution to modify this equipment

Modify 230V Quattro to 120V
There is no way to modify this equipment. I can think of two options for you.
Option 1. Buy an Autotransformer to step the Voltage down to 120V,

Option 2. Sell this equipment and buy a 120V version.
