With the Multiplus C12/1200/50-16, is it necessary to install with a MPPT?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

The MultiPlus will work without a MPPT. On its own, the MultiPlus needs mains / generator and a battery.
If you don't have solar panels, then you don't need a MPPT.
