inverter cuts out "LVCO" and smart controller goes to Float mode

I have a SmartSolar MPPT 100/50, the inverter cut out at 10v (12V system). At the same time the controller went into what looks like a pre-programed charge mode. Bulk, absorb, float. In float mode it does not put out enough power to bring battery up to above LVCO (12.5V) value.

I did not down load app, I was not able to see the device on my phone. I have since downloaded app, but I am not able to get back to RV for a few days. I'm trying to figure out if I need more equipment or just the app to control this device. Thanks for your help.
