Lorawan Portal ID error for 3 days

Hi,


I have the green light for 3 days now, reseted the lorawan module as it’s said in the manual some times to make the transmission fast, but I’m still unable to add it to the VRM, it keeps saying that ID is wrong (triple checked and tried it it’s case sensitive)


Any ideas?

Just for if anyone has the same problem. My sticker with the Portal ID is WRONG. The last 5 digits are wrong, I finally bought a Gateway and was starting and stopping the service to see who connects. Finally I found the correct number.
