MPPT 100/20 download data on bluetooth

I have 2 MPPT 100/20 at 2 remote water tanks. Also located at the tank is a Raspberry PI 3B+ (Buster) and a radio with a slow pseudo-ethernet link. The ethernet link cannot connect to the entire internet but it can send email. What I'd like to do is periodically download the data file with the statistics over bluetooth and then email the data file. I don't think this controller model has VE.Direct or VE.Bus. For various reasons I don't want to use the Venus OS. Is this possible and if so, how? Thanks,

Thanks for the great support. It would seem that at least someone at Victron would be interested in customer support of their products. I guess not.
