VE.Direct Protocol

Hello all,

I have a MPPT 100/50 controller

I want to use the HEX protocol to talk to the controller

I always get

Invalid frame (checksum wrong)
:452
:4AAAAFD
Error response


here are the 2 messages I send:

1st one:

0x3A-0x34-0x51-0x0A


2nd one:

0x3A-0x33-0x52-0x0A


can you please tell me where I am wrong?

Try:

0x3A-0x34-0x35-0x31-0x0A

and

0x3A-0x33-0x35-0x32-0x0A

your checksum needs to be 2 bytes
