Can I expand an existing 3phase Quattro system with 3 quattros 48/10000 and 1 battery bank with an extra single quattro 48/10000 for an extra single phase load connected to the same battery bank.

wouldn’t be a supported architecture.
You could I suppose use it purely as an inverter the single phase and leave the charging to the other units. But you might as well use a Phoenix inverter instead.
Otherwise it’s an independent system
However, just thinking about it, and I haven’t seen it, but I’m not sure if your allowed to have an uneven number of quattros on one phase, so you could take your single phase sockets from that and it would all network together.
