When I plug in my VE-Direct to USB cable to connect to the BlueSolar 100/50 the Bulk light starts flashing slowly and it stops charging.
I also cannot communicate with the unit.
The cable is fine as I have an identical 100/50 that the cable works fine with.
Any ideas what can be wrong ?
