I just have 0,6 V on the Power Output, no matter what mode I set in the App

Hello,

I just have 0,6 V on the Power Output, no matter what mode I set in the App. I use the SmartSolar MPPT 100/20 and the panel have voltage and the battery is full.

Does anyone has a idea, what the problem is?
