I want to implement something along the lines of attached wiring diagram.
I need to be able to crank off house battery in emergency. How would I implement that?

Hi @craigp
Your Orion is the 'wrong-way-round' to help boost your starter batt. And for a crank load wouldn't be enough anyway. Don't change that.
Your batts have connections to a common -ve bus, so in an 'emergency' a jumper lead from your house +ve bus to your starter batt +ve terminal would do it. You could even wire something in with a switch if these emergencies are likely to be common, or you need a super-fast fix.
Wired-in comes with the danger that you forget to turn it off. :)
And the wires, both +ve and -ve, will need to be big enough to support a cranking current.
Additional resources still need to be added for this topic
