Cant not Connect VE Bus to my Phoenix multiples 24V 2000VA 60A.

I can't not seem to get my multiples to work with the MK3, it won't let me access it to change the settings on it.


the code on the board is 1818, can someone please help thanks.

I think your device is to old (I think at least 14 years) for the MK3 and you have to use a MK2.

Yes your right, am in the process of trying to return this item to the seller. also i have had to go and buy a new system this time. 24V 1200VA Multiplus. It cost me £600 including postage ( Dealers Price)
