Sabi, since nobody has provided an answer here, I am going to offer a solution. I don't think it would be wise to connect both batteries at the same time without careful consideration. However, if all you want to do is trickle charge the vehicle battery then that can easily be done by connecting a DC charger to the motorhome battery and setting a charge cycle to keep the vehicle battery topped up.
