Can I parallel DC-DC Chargers to increase total charging power?

I need a higher current than 30A (12V). Can I parallel 2 together? If so what precautions should I consider?

Hi @AllanD

Both the isolated and the non-isolated Orion TR Smart DC-DC chargers can be paralleled. Personally I would make sure that they are the same size and model (they need to have the same part-number). Also make sure that the cable runs to each unit are equal.

Generally speaking across the range you can find if a Victron unit supports parallel operation in the product datasheet.
