AGM super cycle batteries (4 x 100Ah) with smart solar MPPT 100/20

I’m setting up 4x 100Ah AGM super cycle batteries as the house bank on my sailing boat (that I am living on). I already have a Smart solar 100/20.

i am also setting a blue smart mains charger.

what mppt profile should I be using on the smart solar ?. I see that the information provided by Victron lists both normal charging and fast charging, but I’m not clear what the advantages/disadvantages of each are ?.

I assume that for normal charging I should select the Gel Victron deep discharge (2) profile but for fast charging I should use the AGM spiral cell ?.
