My smart battery protect 12/24 shows up as a device on my victron connect app dashboard, but when I click on it to connect, it gets stuck at 20% and wont fully connect. it says "connecting" and progress bar is stays at 20%. I have 2 smart battery protects and the other one connects just fine. Is there some sort of factory reset? Any thoughts?
