Fast blinking yellow LED Phoenix compact inverter 12/1600

Hello,

I recently bought a van with a Phoenix 12/1600 compact inverter in it.
When I turn on the inverter, the yellow LED starts to flash very fast, see uploaded video.

What is the problem with this inverter? and can I somehow reset it?

You could download the Victron tool kit from your app store, this will show you all the different flashing led sequenses and what they mean, and go from there

@Paul B, thanks for your answer I've downloaded the 'Victron tool kit' but there is no LED definition for this 'older' type of inverter.

I have also connect a MK2 but can't get any reading from the inverter.
