I have the subject Victron 100/20MPPT solar controller installed in my caravan charging a 100amp/hr battery from a 120watt solar panel. At this time I have a 12v fuse box connected to the battery. This is for one led light and a 12v outlet that I will use now and then to power my CPAP machine for sleep apnoea. Should I connect this fuse box, which is the only load, to the solar controller instead? What advantage is there in doing this?
