Where do the CAN.bus terminators go in this system? Is the following errors caused by not installing them?

Installation Details:

  • MultiPlus II - Connected to Venus via RJ45 Cable into VE.Bus port
  • Venus
  • 150 | 60 MPPT - connected to Venus via VE.Direct Cable
  • 3 x 3000US PylonTech - Connected with VE.Can to CAN-bus BMS cable type B cable into VE.Can port
  • 9 x 330w PolyChrystaline Renewsys Modules (3 strings of 3)

I did not install the Can.Bus terminators, can this be causing the issue? Where do I install them, do I put 1 in the venus, and other one?

I am getting the following alarms on the portal:




The system is a pure backup system and no-one is at the house currently hence the low consumption in last 2 weeks.

I'm not sure if this causes the problem but you should install one terminator at the 2nd VE.Can port of the Venus.
