Good day
Has anyone used the Leoch 48V100AH Lithium batteries with Victron equipment ?
It is not on the "list'', but has it been tested for compatibilty ?

@davesa. Have you managed to get your Leoch batteries working with Victron. We have a site where we upgraded the system to Victron, but had to keep the old Leoch batteries and add new units to the installation. We have the ATU from Averge that is suppose to help with the communication between battteries and inverter/GX . 4 x Leoch LFeLi-48100CB & Cerbo & Qauttro 8kVa.
I wouldn't like to say if they have tested it or not, probably not. Victron can answer that one.
Matthijs recently expressed his position about testing new batteries:

If it's not on the list then it's quite unlikely to work. Those type of batteries need to establish communication's with the system otherwise they switch themselves off.
These doesn't seem to be a communication standard across battery manufacturers, so it takes quite a bit of work between Victron and the manufacturer to integrate each brand.
Additional resources still need to be added for this topic
