Ccgx error 42

Good day

In the last 4 weeks we seemed to have a lot of Ccgxs that give error 42. Hardware failure. Seems to be after a certain update.

Any idea how to avoid this?

Maybe just coinsidence that we have so many error 42 at a time.


How do you service them or do they need to be send back to Victron?
