MPPT PV Charger flutuating

Hi Guys,

I have a Victron MPPT 150/70 connected to a set of batteries. Not using ESS but HUB-1 "Keep Batteries Charged"

I cant help but notice the PV Charger never sits at constant . Is this normal ? Even when charging the batteries it is fluctuating ,

Hi @Denzel. How long has this system been running? What does the system battery voltage and current graph look like, and lastly - any specific reason for not running ESS?

Hi Murray,

I have had this setup since September 2019 . I was experimenting with the ESS but my desired outcome was to use solar when available and instead of grid and batteries, the ESS was not great at this hence the HUB-1 works well.
