battery capacity in EasySolar

I have an easysolar connected with 200 Ah battery bank, in this section of setting what is the battery capacity should I adjust 200 Ah or 85% of 200 Ah =170 Ah ?

Program the entire capacity in. You can set depth of discharge through the ccgx. Or set your dc voltage cut off higher if you dont want it to be drawn down too far.
