Greetings
i was updating the Venus gx like 1 week ago. at first i could access the WiFi created by the Venus gx but after like 30 minutes while trying to update its firmware , i could no longer access it . i also tried to access the WiFi yesterday but i could see it .
i tried to factory reset it by long press at the button but it failed to reboot.
what could be the problem and how o over come it ?
