Unable to view Installation on VRM World

Just Commissioned a CCGX and able to view on VRM, and have it shared, but cannot view on VRM World. Any ideas on solving this?

I moved location to somewhere in Central America and it appeared. I then moved it to the correct location and it is now visible at the correct location. I did mess about with time zones and rebooted the CCGX a couple of times, so I am not sure what actually was the problem.

Hi @solarworld-tt

Try turning off 'Hide my exact location'.

Yeh ok. Just tried it myself and worked straight up.

But there's a few conditions need meeting before it will show: https://www.victronenergy.com/live/vrm_portal:vrm_world

Otherwise I don't know..
