Mppt smart charger

I have two solar panels connected in series to a 100/50 smart charger which has had a flashing blue light only for the previous two days. Is this normal or is there a fault? The battery I believe to be fully charged but have not had the flashing blue no charge LED before.

Install VictronConnect to your phone or tablet and connect to the MPPT to see what going on.
