We are troubleshooting a Victron 8000 with two 24V Mastervolt lithium ion batteries that is not 'inverting.' It charges the battery banks, but when disconnected from shore power, it does not invert (the swicht is in the 'on' position). I don't see anything wrong in the configure software (only had the MK2 USB). The ground relays is checked and connected to the a Victron Autotransformer 120/240V 100A. Additionally, the Aux 1 and Aux 2 are connected to a Mastervolt Digital AC relays (configured in MasterAdjust software - no obvious errors there either). The batteries are 100% charged (around 26.8V with charger off).
The entire setup worked until a few months ago. Basically, when disconnected from shore power, the inverter would kick in until the generator puts out voltage, at which point the Quattro charger takes over again.
Thank you for everyone's help with this manner.
