I want to stop charging on my Quattro with a normal button switch.
It should be an On/Off Button for charging on and off.

Yes you can achieve this using an in built 'assistant' with a switch wired to the Aux In terminals.
There are 2 'assistant' options;
1- The charge current control assistant with the option to disable the charger at 0A charge current enabled and both trigger voltages set to ~2v.
https://www.victronenergy.com/live/assistants:overview_of_available_assistants
2- The 2 signal BMS assistant, using the 'high cell condition' to disable the charger.
Just note that this assistant is designed for Lithium batteries, so when used it will automatically disable temperature compensation and force a fixed absorption time (so it's not suitable to use with lead acid based batteries).
To configure an assistant you need to use a MK3 to USB interface;

With VE.Configure software;
https://docs.victronenergy.com/veconfigure.html#warning
You can also use the 'fake target' demo mode in VE.Configure to see what's possible before you configure your real device.
If your not comfortable to do this yourself seek support from a qualified/competent Victron installer or Victron dealer.
