Is my unit's PUK Code shown as PN:xxxxxxxx shown on a box label of my MMPT 100/30

My MPPT 100/30 bluetooth load fails at 20% on my android units (phone and tablet) and son's Apple phone.

When I follow the recovery directions it asks for a PUK Code. There was no reference to a PUK Code on anything in the box that I got from the installer with manual etc.

The box has a label with an SN: and a PN: xxxxxxx. Are these the Serial Number and PUK Number?

I can't easily get to the back of the unit.

Hi okollie,

The PUK code you are looking for is on the sticker on the side/heatsink of your mppt.

PUK code is 12 digits/letters long, at the bottom of the sticker.

I managed to squeeze my phone down there, and take a photo.

Note, PN:xxx is part number.

klim8skeptic it is where you said and of course on the edge that was the most difficult one to read. So I too had to use my camera and a mirror to be able to read the code. It would be interesting to learn why their documentation says it is on the back of the unit?
